Perhaps there are things you cannot comprehend happening around you and you feel overwhelmed, unable to react appropriately. Sometimes that overwhelm comes from being too closely attached to the outcome of the situation. Other times it comes from being detached to where you can no longer feel your way through to understanding the truth of the situation. When you are already holding a situation at bay and you continue to try to detach, you find yourself in an energy loop that destroys clarity. To help yourself, discern which is true and find a sense of balance by either detaching from the outcomes of the situation or re-attaching to the situation now. If you are re-attaching, remember to do so with a clear sense of self, know that you are safe and be ready to appreciate people’s differences and to find forgiveness.
